Castle built late C14-early C15. Now a ruin. Mature trees and shrubs growing on walls are dislodging the masonry. First season essential repairs completed. Negotiations for final repairs underway with LUAU.

Ruins of C15 castle with moat. Upstanding remains of north gatehouse tower in need of consolidation.

C14 castle in park. Vandal damage to masonry. Window tracery has disappeared. EH grant has been offered.

C14 fortified manor house. Severe risk of collapse.

C13 bell tower leaning badly. C14 kitchen tower suffering from water egress. Discussions for repair continues.
Dilston Castle
Grade I, condition is poor.

Grade I, condition is very poor.

Early C14-late C15 castle. Two corner towers are standing, the other two have collapsed. Deteriorating.
Kilton Castle
Grade I, condition is very bad.
Cleveland
C12-C13 castle ruin. Vertical cracks in walls. Some regeneration of vegetation.
Millom Castle
Grade I, condition is poor.

Ruins of castle or moated manor house. Heavy sapling growth on upstanding ruins.
Pembridge Castle
Grade I, condition is fair.
Herefordshire
Chapel in north west corner of courtyard, 1550. Generally in good condition but some bulging of walls and dampness.
Scaleby Castle
Not Listed, condition is very bad.
Cumbria
Castle, originally built in the C14. Altered and extended in C15, C16, C17 and C19. Octagonal tower partly collapsed and leaning and parapets loose and dangerous. Attached to listed and occupied parts of a range of castle buildings.
Simonburn Castle
Grade II, condition very bad.

C13 tower house with C18 gothic style additions. Basement vault has suffered some collapse and there is damaging vegetation growth.
Swinburne Castle
Grade II, condition is poor.
